This Sunday our team will face off against King Szczecin. Karlo Vragović will have the opportunity to show off his skills for the first time with the yellow-and-blues. The match will commence at 19:30.
The team from West Pomerania has enjoyed some boosts recently. Maciej Lampe has joined the team, ex-national team member and NBA player, who quickly showed his worth - 15 points, 5 rebounds in a match against Anwil Wloclawek. Another great move was contracting the US Tookie Brown, who collected a total of 53 points in four matches played. Zach Thomas has also joined the team, replacing Thomas Davis. Head coach was exchanged for Spanish Jesus Ramirez. Under his leadership, the team is doing well with 3 matches won out of 4.
The new coach has a wide bench to pick and choose from. Other than the aforementioned players, a double-digit scorer are Cleveland Melvin (12 points, 5 rebounds) and Jakub Schenk (11.9 points, 5 assists). The Nigerian Michael Fakuade (12.2 points, 6.9 rebounds) is also performing well, being the second best blocker in the league. Dustin Ware (9.7 points, 2.8 assists) and Mateusz Zebyski (9.2 points, 5.4 rebounds, 3.4 assists, 1.9 steals) should be watched out for as well. The frontcourt is handled by Mateusz Bartosz (6.2 points, 7.1 rebounds). Some old friends can be found in King - Wojciech Czerlonko and Adam Lapeta. Due to an injury, it is unsure whether Lapeta will make an appearance.
Mikolaj Witlinski is coming back to shape in our team. Whether he will play will be decided nearer the match. Karlo Vragović will make an appearance, who will be playing with the number 32 on his shirt.
